HyEndFed 8 Band 2KW SSB

HyEndFed 8 band antenna for 80, 40 (30) 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 meter.

With aluminum mounting plate, suitable for a mast diameter of 40 to 58 mm.

Max. Power : 2000 WATT PEP SSB, 350 WATT DIGITAL.

Length : 40 meter.
Enclosure : Polycarbonate IP67, 100% UV resistant.
SO239 Teflon Connector.
All hardware Stainless steel.

Mast clamp galvanized.

These VSWR measurements were taken in the open field at a height of 10 meters horizontally.

We use 4.5 meter of coax to a line isolator.
From the line isolator to the analyzer we used 10 meters of coax Ecoflex 10, with very little loss.

Coax loss Ecoflex 10 :

 5 MHz  0,8 dB/100m 

10 MHz  1,2 dB/100m

50 MHz  2,8 dB/100m

The antenna network box was positioned 10 meter above the ground.
The length of the antenna wire to the matching network is 40 meters and connected to an 12 meter mast.

The antenna was not grounded.
